Dr. Steven Liu received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from Kaohsiung Medical University in 1993. After graduation, he earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree (DMD) from The University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine.
During his time at Penn Dental, he pursued two post-doctoral certificates in Periodontics and Periodontal Prosthetics and Fixed Prosthodontics, as well as Implant Surgery and Prosthetic training.
Dr. Liu went on to become an assistant professor/clinical educator for Restorative Dentistry in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences and the Director of the Implant Dentistry Course at Penn Dental. During his time as a full time educator, he was also Chair of the Instrument Committee.
Dr. Liu went on to found The Main Line Dental Implant Center and is now the Course Director of Aesthetic Restoration and Implant Dentistry at The University of Pennsylvania.
